Worn by the cartel members guarding the Delgado mansion in Three-Headed Serpent and Embrace Of The Serpent. It is a high-tier disguise that grants access to most of the above-ground portion of the map. It consists of a pastel-colored button-down shirt and dress slacks, often accompanied by flashy jewelry, with a leather shoulder holster worn over it. The disguise grants access to the altar cave, cartel hangout in the town, exterior of the coca plantation, hippo enclosure, Andrea Martinez’s Compound (only on Casual and Professional difficulty), power plant construction site and the whole Delgado mansion.

Worn by the guards patrolling the exterior of Thornbridge Manor in Death in the Family. The variant of the disguise on this level is meant for wet, cool, muddy conditions, and features a raincoat, cap and tall boots. It is not permitted in the interior of the mansion itself, except for a small staff section near the kitchen.

On professional difficulty, the player can easily acquire this disguise by heading towards the construction site and searching the area near the waterfall, where the body of a deceased guard can be found hidden at the water's edge. He is blindfolded, having been executed before being thrown into the water.
