The Thunder Dragon, also called Clapper, is an enemy from Final Fantasy IV. Thunder Dragon is not a very powerful enemy, but it can hit a party member with Blitz, which will take off about one tenth of their max HP each hit. In the Pixel Remaster, it can be found in the Cave of Summons on B1 floor using a Siren.
