The Bloodbones, also known as the R.BONE or RED BONE[1], is an enemy in Final Fantasy. It is an undead enemy that appears in the Marsh Cave and Cavern of Ice. Although itsbehavior is simple, consisting exclusively of physical attacks, it can present a challenge if the player encounters them in the Marsh Cave, as its attack power and HP are among the highest of all enemies in that area. It appears in groups with Skeletons and Crawlers.

Etymology[]

In Western folklore, Bloody Bones is a bogeyman figure feared by children and is sometimes called Rawhead, Tommy Rawhead, or Rawhead-and-Bloody-Bones (with or without the hyphens).
