"Quill" is a trained historian (BA in History and Political Theory, minors in Literature and Film Theory--Grad School as well) and a writer. I was a Methods Analyst for many years, which means I'm good at writing 'how to...' procedures. I have eclectic tastes and a wide range of interests. Among these are:

  • Dogs
I know quite a bit about dogs. Recently, I've been researching and writing about Australian dogs, particularly the working dog breeds. I'm gaining a (good, I hope) reputation as an authority on the lesser known members of the Fox Terrier family. I also have an interest in the preservation of rare dog breeds, particularly those native to smaller nations which are unknown outside of their native lands.
I am a contributing member of the Wikipedia Dog Project.
This user is a contributor to the
dog breeds task force.

  • Dance
I taught Ballroom Dancing for many years
  • Cats
I assist with the Wikipedia Cat Project and hope to get more involved as I have time. Time? what's that?
Okay, I didn't mean to, but I got involved with the Wikiproject Theatre Project and now I'm in deep. I think some of us have to address the inbalance between science and technology articles (of which there are lots) and articles dealing with The Arts, of which there is a paucity.
  • Etiquette; Forms and Formality
  • Religion

Note to self (for umpteeth time!!) Stick to Dog Project.
