The 1941 Southeastern Conference men's basketball tournament took place on February 27–March 1, 1941, in Louisville, Kentucky at Jefferson County Armory. It was the eighth SEC basketball tournament in history.[1]

Tennessee won the tournament by beating Kentucky in the championship game.
