Proposed deletion of Shari Kasman

edit

The article Shari Kasman has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Self authored vanity page by a non-notable person who has self-published a couple of short, unsuccessful and unremarkable books and has put up a few signs around Toronto purporting to name various things (eg: putting up a sign beside a puddle and claiming it is called "Bloordale Pond", or putting up a sign on a vacant lot and claiming it is a provincial park.) Kasman has not been recognized in any significant way for any of her books or "art projects", and is not widely recognized as having made any contribution to art or literature. Her claims to have "had the idea for Bloordale Beach" or to having "created" it are false, and would not make her a notable figure in any event, even if true.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
