The hoard, comprising 214 silver Arab coins (so-called dirhams) issued between 711/712 and 882/883 AD, a bar of silver, a silver bead and an earring, was discovered in 1945 by a farmer Stanisław Woliński. ¼ of the original treasure was sold by Mr. Patt after 1948.
