Landlordist bias

This article has a lot of unsourced rhetoric that glorifies or promotes landlordism. Considering how landlords have both historically and presently been very controversial figures, I think it's best to avoid this kind of rhetoric and focus on factual reporting. Whether or not landlords improve communities, and by what metrics one measures improvement is a highly contested notion.
