::::There is no loophole. Arbitration sanctions are not optional, nor are they legalistic remedies to be parsed word by word to find "loopholes". The intent is what matters. Trying to game them based on [[WP:LAWYER|lawyering]] indicates not only that one is not following them, but that one intends deliberately to violate them, and such attempts are sanctioned accordingly.
