Climate-Data.org is based on two data sources:

All of our climate data are based on ECMWF Data. The model has more than 1.8 billion data points and a resolution of 0.1 - 0.25 grade.
This weather data was collected between 1991 and 2021 for the variables temperature, precipitation, water temperature, humidity, rainy Days. Sunhours use the timeframe 1999-2019
Our Graphs and Tables are generated using Copernicus Climate Change Service information between 1991 and 2021.
This data will also be refreshed from time to time. Last refresh was in May 2022. The previous refresh was in Feb. 2021
All of our graphs and datasets can be used under this license. Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). Attribution need a valid Link to the Website the Data or Graphs are taken: e.g. Climate Data London from Climate-Data.org.
Location Data by OpenStreetMap.org
All of the location data for the cities is based on data from the OpenStreetMap project. OpenStreetMap is open data, licensed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). The map tiles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license CC BY-SA.The OpenStreetMap data has not been modified. This data is refreshed regularly to quickly reflect any changes in the data of the OpenStreetMap project.
