Congratulations Shery!!

It's a super happy time at the STAMPlorations Headquarters... A huge congratulations to the Russ family on the arrival of their lovely little daughter, "Catherine" Wohooo! I am super happy and can't wait to see her pics :)

This is such a happy news and we all wanted to celebrate this special day... what could be better than a blog hop for Shery and her sweet little one :) Our entire team has made some adorable cards to show our love for Shery and STAMPbaby :)

Here is my card...
I masked and stamped the baby carriage and them stamped the little flowers all around it. It's more like a floral shower for little Kathryn :)

ATCAS #71 - Blue

We are back with a new challenge at Addicted to CAS . This time the host of the challenge is very talented Joanna and she has chosen the code word... BLUE. I think this theme brings a ton of possibilities, you can work with colors, theme like water and sky :). I would like to welcome back our very creative and talented Guest Designer for the month of August Linda of PaperCutting kind of day, with another adorable card :)

I went with CAS design using shades of blue to construct my panel. Here's my card...
To make this card, I used a stamp from our sponsor CFS called "Bold Wishes" and stamped the panel in shades of blue and grey. I cut this panel and a black panel in different angles and layered them on my card base. To finish the card, I stamped the sentiment and tied baker's twine on top. Also added the stitched lines.

So let me show my fourth inspiration card for the month of August...
This is a fun and simple card. To make this I stamped the sentiment from Fond expression 2, stamped and fuzzy cut the Eiffel tower cake, flowers and leaves from World's birthday cakes and frames and flowers respectively, I also stamped some hearts from Balloons and banners set.

To make this card, I stamped the trees in water color panel creating a landscape look. I then water colored them in grey and the base in some yellow to create the illusion of sunrise :)

Let me show the card I created...
To make this card, I used the fabulous sketch from Freshly Made Sketches 200th bash as my inspiration, STAMPlorations is one of the sponsors at the FMS 200th bash and I wanted to be a part of this celebration. I embossed the sentiment on water color paper and water colored the base in grey with wash technique. I stamped, water colored and fuzzy cut the banners from my Balloons and Banners set and adhered them on the base with some glue and foam dots, To finish the card I added some sequins.

CAS-ual Friday's Stamps feature and a Farewell!!

Well it's that day of my life when I have to say farewell and move on! About an year ago, I was incredibly happy to join this fabulous company "CAS-ual Friday's Stamps" as their design team and look how the time flies... my one year term is over!!! Perhaps, life goes on.

All I wanna say that it was one of the most amazing experiences for me to work for Michele :) She is an amazing leader, I love her stamp designs, very unique and so very RAD. I loved the awesome team of CFS and I am so gonna miss you all :( sob! sob!

But of course my farewell will not be complete without a card :) So here you go!
I have this pinterest board on Color Inspiration and this card is inspired by one of the palettes on this board :) and also by the fabulous sketch from Freshly Made Sketches Challenge blog. They are celebrating their 200th birthday bash and CFS is one of the sponsors.

Let me show the card I created...
To make this card, I used some acetate card base. Die cut the focal panel and frame using some rectangle stitched dies. Stamped the balloon by masking and then colored them with markers. To finish the card I added a Patterned paper panel on the inside.

To make this card, I used Artplorations Old rose print stencil to add white embossing paste. I took a water color panel, stamp the cake image and did some water color wash on it, next I adhered some butterflies and enamel dots to finish my card.

ATCAS #70 - School

We are back with a new challenge at Addicted to CAS . This time the host of the challenge is very talented Barb and she has chosen the code word... SCHOOL. I think this is perfect code word for this time of the year, we all need a ton of cards on this theme :). I went with a really cute design and all I wanted was to make it CAS and colorful. Here's my card...
To make this card, I masked and stamped the cute kid images from Mama Elephant In the heart set, colored these with Spectrum Noir markers added a strip of patterned paper and die cut the word teacher using MFT Little lowercase alphabets. STAMPlorations Special Release Blog Hop!

Today we are having a Special Stamp Release Blog Hop at STAMPlorations. It is even more special to me because another one of my stamp set is being released. This set is inspired by lotus, hence the name "Lotus Love". I have designed this set so that we can create cards with numerous design variations. I also wanted to make a set that would include the shadow of the lotus, just the way we see in a pond :) I am super excited about this set.

CAS-ual Friday's Stamps Feature - Aug 4th 2015
