The Mortician's Ashes are a key item in Dark Souls III. They are one of several umbral ashes that can be found throughout the course of the game.
In-Game Description
- Umbral ash of a resident of the Undead Settlement who made a living burying corpses.
- With this, the shrine handmaid will prepare new items.
Availability[]
Found in the Undead Settlement.
From the Dilapidated Bridge, head forward to the cemetery where the giant archer's arrows rain down. Instead of entering the house on the far end, turn left and head uphill. The ashes are found on a body lying next to a tree.
The player may opt to befriend or kill the giant first to avoid being harassed by the falling arrows while scouting around.
