Heavy Bolts are an ammunition type in Dark Souls.
In-Game Description
- Large bolt. Used mainly with the Heavy Crossbow.
- These weighty bolts inflict high damage, but have reduced range.

Heavy Bolts are more powerful and expensive than Standard Bolts. Although they have shorter range, this is not a big issue as crossbows are impractical to aim outside of lock-on range.
