Reason for the nomination:
per usage in en:w, photo from Wales in 1925. Uploader claimed it as 2016 by themselves, not so. Might be PD for some reason, but I did not to find actual source in reverse image searches.

Description
English: A photo of Dolgarrog shortly after the disaster. A photographer caught reporters, government officials and survivors mingling. The man holding the child, Edward Holland Roberts, was a butcher whose shop was washed away.
