Description
Slovenščina: Poročilo deželnega predsednika Teodorja Schwarza notranjemu ministrstvu o izvajanju ukrepov, ki jih je v skladu s cesarskimi in vladnimi uredbami, s katerimi je bil uveden vojni absolutizem, sprejelo kranjsko deželno predsedstvo konec julija in prve dni avgusta 1914.V poročilu z dne 31. julija 1914 deželni predsednik Schwarz tako poroča, da mobilizacija poteka gladko in da so se vpoklicani odzvali z navdušenjem, ker jih preveva zavest o potrebnosti in pravičnosti cesarstvu vsiljene vojne. Javljajo se tudi prostovoljci in prebivalstvo nasploh rado izpolnjuje svoje dolžnosti.
