Summary
[edit]DescriptionMicrotiter plates, Wash U Human YAC Library, 1993.JPG |
English: This is a photo of two copies of the Washington University Human Genome YAC Library that I copied in summer 1993. Each of those stacks is approx 12 microtiter plates. Each plate has 12x8 = 96 wells with different yeast clones. If I remember correctly, there are about 200 plates in the library (198 is the number in my head). |
