Deutsch: Banner der Stadt Horstmar: „Das Banner ist von Weiß auf Blau in gleichbreiten Streifen fünffach längsgestreift, im weißen Bannerhaupt der Löwe des Stadtwappens.“ Der Stadt ist mit Urkunde der Bezirksregierung Münster vom 31. Oktober 1978 das Recht zur Führung einer Flagge und eines Banners verliehen worden.
