| Description |
English: The SV40 polyomavirus small tumor antigen (STag) J domain (yellow) and unique region (blue) in complex with the human protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) A subunit (red), interacting with HEAT repeats 3-7. STag contributes to viral proliferation and cellular transformation in part through its interaction with the host cell PP2A protein. In this interaction the STag protein partially occludes the binding site of the B subunit of PP2A. (Compare File:2iae_pp2a_trimer.png, showing the PP2A trimer.)
