It says that "My wife took this picture", but en:File:Newhavenstructure2-clocktower.jpg has upload log summary saying that "I made this." Maybe this is explained somewhere on the deleted file information page, but if it was indeed taken by the uploader's wife, then we need OTRS permission from his wife. The log entry at English Wikipedia suggests that the file was uploaded in August 2006, which is too recent for COM:GOF. Stefan4 (talk) 23:42, 15 December 2012 (UTC)
