@Gabinho and Jeff G.: Could, maybe, Commons:Threshold of originality save it? I have no idea though how things stand regarding this matter in Romanian legislation. However, generally speaking, I'm pretty much sure there's nothing really "original" in this logo, as it pretty much consists only of letters and geometrical elements. 😕🤷‍♂️ --Εὐθυμένης (talk) 09:58, 31 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Gabinho and Εὐθυμένης: We have no COM:TOO Romania or COM:Romania#Threshold of originality, therefore this new logo/crest of January 2015 attracted copyright the moment it was fixed in tangible physical form. The previous logo/crest (pictured here) was ruled as infringement by Romania's Supreme Court[1], so we have some evidence that a logo/crest can attract copyright in Romania. There is no Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International license on https://www.fcsb.ro/, DavidEDZ just made it up.   — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 10:51, 31 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
