No proof that the uploader is the creator of the Dragon class logo and that the logo is licensed under CC-3.0 Share alike.

Keep, According to the 2011 INTERNATIONAL DRAGON CLASS RULES 9.14 [Dragon Class rules]: "The Class Insignia as shown below shall be positioned on the mainsail in accordance with RRS [Racing Rules of Sailing]: Appendix G." Since Dragon sails are free to make by anyone, the insignia is also available for anyone. Besides this, in this line drawing the use of the insignia is just as essential as the dimensions of the sails, the shape of the hull or the position of the mast to represent a Dragon (Keelboat).
