Unused personal photo. Out of project scopeā€Ž. ~Moheen (keep talking) 07:27, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

 Keep as good quality example of Category:Men of Bangladesh. (various other photos there are low quality or suspected copyvio) - Alexis Jazz ping plz 09:13, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@George Chernilevsky: is it out of scope to have at least some photos of people from different nationalities? I can hardly imagine the answer being "no". This photo has good quality and no questionable copyright status. If there is some sort of of urge to delete something, I would be happy to trade this DR for another one to delete some copyvio and/or low quality unused personal photos. (more than one) But that'll be on the condition that this photo is kept. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 05:30, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I have the right to my opinion, OK? It's just my vote. Let another administrator close this nomination. Very friendly, George Chernilevsky talk 05:39, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I was just asking a question. Wouldn't mind if you would answer it: is it out of scope to have at least some photos of people from different nationalities? - Alexis Jazz ping plz 06:04, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Why not? But we have hundreds of notable photos in the Category:Men of Bangladesh (see subcategories Category:Men at work in Bangladesh etc). This one, most likely, will never be used in any project. --George Chernilevsky talk 06:43, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@George Chernilevsky: Thats why I started this discussion. ~Moheen (keep talking) 06:54, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@George Chernilevsky: we don't have hundreds. Many are low quality, suspected copyvio or less useful as an example of "man from Bangladesh" because of the angle/setting. If you ignore all those you will be hard-pressed to find even a dozen photos of men from Bangladesh, and this one will be one of the best if not the best example of a "man from Bangladesh". If we really had hundreds of good examples and dozens with better quality than this one, I would fully agree with you, but that's not the case. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 21:28, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
