- Keep This is an automatically recorded video. No creativity = No copyright. Just like all the CCTV videos. ℺ Gone Postal (〠 ✉ • ✍ ⏿) 05:40, 27 February 2020 (UTC)
- Delete Same opinion as for Commons:Deletion requests/Template:PD-CCTV. Placement of a camera is sufficient to pass as creativity. Otherwise we'd be able to import such videos and say they're not copyrightable because it's a bodycam. Gikü (talk) 20:26, 12 June 2020 (UTC)
- Comment That is clearly a lie (I doubt that a knowledgeable user could make such a mistake by accident). The fact that something has been recorded with a body cam does not mean that it is not copyrighted. The fact that something is recorded by a bodycam and was not edited with music, cuts to make it more interesting or to make a specific statement, that makes it public domain. Just like the fact that we have {{pd-text}} but that does not mean that any image with text is public domain. ℺ Gone Postal (〠 ✉ • ✍ ⏿) 01:29, 13 June 2020 (UTC)

Deleted: no evidence of a free license. Dash cams are not CCTV, so that argument falls flat. --ƏXPLICIT 00:38, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
