For now, this bot is or will be doing the following:

• Whatever Orgullomoore tells it to do.
• Whatever the admins on User:Orgullobot/commands tell it to do.
• Moving categories with the template {{Category redirect}}.

This requires that the proponent of the change be on the whitelist or an admin. See the pages he wouldn't touch here.

• Collects newly uploaded files from Special:Newimages, waits two hours, and if by then it is obviously not properly tagged, marks it as such and requests that the user who uploaded it clarify its copyright status.
• Welcomes newly registered users with at least one contribution with {{Welcome}} on their talk page. It keeps a log of this here.

This user account is a bot operated by Orgullomoore (talk). It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.
