In File:Rail density map.png, Lebanon needs to be colored in gray, because since the Lebanese Civil War between 1975-1990, rail transport in Lebanon, not only ceased to exist, the vast majority of the railway network (railway tracks, railway stations and trains) was destroyed, and has never been restored.

Lesotho needs to be colored in light yellow, because 1.6 km of the 26 km long Maseru branch line is on Lesothan territory, which connects its capital Maseru, which lies on the border of South Africa, to the South African railway network.

Haiti and Sierra Leone need to be colored in gray, because rail transport in Haiti ceased to exist in the 1970s and because rail transport in Sierra Leone ceased to exist in 1974.

In File:Railways in Sierra Leone.svg, Sherbro Island, which is the largest island of Sierra Leone, is wrongly, colored differently than the rest of the country. It has been omitted in the map of Sierra Leone, which is used by many Wikipedia articles.

I made a design that more closely matches the flag from the picture, than the uploaded design. @Abzeronow I took another look. Given File:溥儀, 繪畫肖像.jpg is a possible upscale, I'm now more suspicious of 'higher-resolution' files. Norway, Iceland and Ireland should be marked blue, not green, in this file, so I tried uploading a version corrected in this regard. The strings on the harp (lower left quadrant on shield) are supposed to be white, not yellow. This is seen absolutely everywhere. Here [1] is one quick example.
