Description The following is the author's description of the photograph quoted directly from the photograph's Flickr page.
"Wanzhou City lies on the Three Gorges Reservoir between Chongqing and Yichang. After the three gorges dam is completd 47% of the city will be under water.

The new high rise housing accomodation in Wanzhou city. This construction is to re-house those who have had to move as a result of e demolition to allow the water level in the reservoir be brought to full height upon completion of the dam.
