Description
Nederlands: (Clitocybe nebularis) met misvorming op de hoed. Focus stapel van 20 foto’s.
English: (Clitocybe nebularis) clouded agaric with deformity on the cap. Focus stack of 20 photos. Sometimes mushrooms look weird for a very specific reason: it’s called a rosecomb mutation. Think of it like a hernia but on a mushroom cap where fertile gill tissue from underneath is pushed up through the cap forming a fungal bubble!
