Commons:Global VRT group

Users in the VRT permissions agents group are Volunteer Response Team (VRT) members with access to the permissions and/or photosubmissions queues. Users who do not have the VRT flag have their VRT edits marked in the history logs as "(Ticket permission added by non-VRT member)" which is done by means of an abuse filter. This will occur even if a valid VRT member adds VRT templates to files but that member has not been given the VRT flag yet.
