The file stated that "除维基项目内部使用外，其他地方严禁无授权使用。"in Chinese, which means that "The file should not be used in other places without permission except for Wikimedia projects", which is a non-free file and does not fulfill the "free file" requirement of Wikimedia Commons 廣九直通車 (talk) 09:30, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I reverted to the first version. Do not add watermarks. Be aware that the free license is irrevocable, so once you publish a file here, it is for ever. We may occasionally delete files on request, but you need a good reason. Regards, Yann (talk) 15:12, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
