Greetings! I would like to ask for your help in creating a vector image of the coat of arms of [[http://en.wikipedia.com/wiki/Principality_of_Dukagjini|Dukagjini]].
 
You may find a scanned image here: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/hu/5/55/Dukagjin.png (I apologize for the low resolution). The actual background is supposed to be dark green of the kind you would see on the [[http://en.wikipedia.com/wiki/Flag_of_Saudi Arabia|Saudi]] flag.
