Multicam Camouflage is a modern camouflage pattern featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. As the name states, it is a multiple purpose camouflage pattern. It can function quite well in a great number of locales.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3[]
While Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is the first Call of Duty to feature Multicam as a usable Weapon camouflage, the pattern itself was first featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 as some members of Task Force 141 and US Navy Seals wore Multicam gear: most notably Captain MacTavish (in "The Only Easy Day... Was Yesterday") and by Ghost (in "Loose Ends"). In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, it was utilized by members of Delta Force - most notably Sandman's Team Metal.

Call of Duty: Black Ops II[]
Members of JSOC in Call of Duty: Black Ops II appear to wear a form of the Multicam pattern. Also, it is worn by US Army Rangers in 2025.
Call of Duty: Ghosts[]
In Call of Duty: Ghosts, it is the standard uniform pattern for the US Army.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare[]
The Multicam camouflage returns in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. In the Campaign, members of Task Force Sentinel wear three different variants: traditional pattern, Arctic, and black Spec Ops. Multicam is available in Multiplayer as an Operator uniform and weapon camouflage.
