Granbull (Japanese: グランブル Granbulu) is a non-player character in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, and their remake, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX.
In the games
Granbull was originally a Snubbull living in Pokémon Square. After the player and partner were thought to be the cause of the natural disasters, Snubbull was one of the Pokémon who chased them. Snubbull gave up early on though, citing Lapis Cave to be the best he could hope to reach.
Snubbull was later at Hill of the Ancients celebrating the victory of stopping the falling star from destroying the planet. Later, he evolved into Granbull after walking into Luminous Cave. At first, he was upset because his appearance had changed dramatically. However, after Alakazam explained to him that he had become more powerful, he was happier.

In animation
Granbull appeared as a Snubbull in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Team Go-Getters Out of the Gate!. He was first seen at Whiscash Pond, along with Bellsprout and Lombre. He informed Whiscash that Team A.C.T. was on a mission to Magma Cavern, much to Whiscash's sadness, as he had wished to sent them to rescue a Pichu's older brother Pikachu. Later, when Team Meanies showed up, proposing to rescue Pikachu, Snubbull discussed what the Rank of Team Meanies would be. Snubbull guessed it was Gold Rank.
