Its long tail often breaks off. It doesn't really feel any pain, though, and the tail grows back, so Slowpoke isn't particularly bothered.

This card was included in the Guardians Rising expansion, first released in the Japanese Islands Await You expansion. It was reprinted as a Mirror Holofoil in the Japanese Facing a New Trial subset. It was later reprinted as both a Non Holofoil and a Reverse Confetti Holofoil in the French McDonald's Collection 2018, and as a Confetti Holofoil in the English McDonald's Collection 2018.
