Route 7 (Japanese: 7番道路 Route 7) is a route in northeast Galar that connects Hammerlocke, Route 8, and the Route 9 Tunnel.

Route description

Route 7 consists of a bridge leading from the Hammerlocke entrance over a deep pit. Unlike the Route 5 bridge, it is closely surrounded by mountainous cliffs and forest areas. This bridge leads to a fork where going north leads to an area of grassy patches and a few trees before the Route 8 entrance, a vine-covered bridge-like area. To the west is an open area where there is a Pokémon Camp and then a bridge. Next to the bridge is a steep downward path leading to a Berry tree. The bridge crosses over to an area surrounded by fences with one grassy patch and the Route 9 Tunnel entrance. The access to the eastern part of the route is initially blocked off by some Team Yell Grunts.

Route 7 first appeared in the Chomp!! It's Dracovish, where Henry, Casey, Marvin, and Professor Magnolia traveled through it on their way to investigate the report of a rampaging Dynamax Dracovish being sighted inside the Route 9 Tunnel.

In Grrr!! Noble Kidnappers, Sonia was shown flying over Route 7 in a Flying Taxi on her way to Route 9 to meet up with Henry and Casey's group. Before she could reach her destination, however, the Flying Taxi was attacked by Shielbert's Klinklang, causing it to crash-land.
