America's Eviction Vote (or Canada's Eviction Vote in Big Brother Canada) is the original format to evict houseguests in Big Brother 1. It later returned as a twist that was introduced during Big Brother 8 that was reused on Big Brother 10. It later appeared in Big Brother Canada 3 and Big Brother: Over The Top.

• Jameka Cameron, Kail Harbick, and Danielle Lickey are the only three houseguests to escape being evicted after America voted for them.
  • Kail is the only one to escape twice, while Danielle escaped once but then got evicted her second time. Both are also the only people to be voted off by America twice.
• During Big Brother: Over The Top, every week where there was an America's Nominee, America's Eviction Vote went to that person.
