Raya Stark was a noblewoman of House Stark. She was the third daughter of Lord Cregan Stark and Lady Alysanne Blackwood.[2]

Behind the Scenes
Raya may have been named after Raya Golden, one of George R. R. Martin's "minions". Raya is among the people he listed in the A Dance with Dragons acknowledgements section. In 2019, Raya illustrated George's graphic novel "Starport".[3]
